Operation Guide

1Main Power Switch

Located in the electric control box
Turn up to close main power supply
Turn down to disconnect for maintenance
Use safety pins during circuit work

2Power Switch

Located on right side of equipment
Turn clockwise to "ON" (1) position
Turn counterclockwise to "OFF" (0) for shutdown
Unplug if not used for long time

3Start Button

Initializes equipment in standby state
Starts automatic operation after init
Recovers automatic operation after fault
Ensures smooth production flow

4Emergency Stop

Multiple emergency stop switches available
Press to immediately stop all operations
For safety issues or equipment damage
Remove emergency stop to restart

Software Operation

This device uses a PC + motion control card to control the overall operation. The motion control card is inserted into the PCI slot of the PC motherboard and connected to the IO wiring board in the electronic control box via a communication data line.

Equipment operation, parameter setting, and manual operation are all completed through the computer. The industrial computer host is located in the left door panel in front of the equipment. Open the computer and double-click the software icon on the desktop to open the software.
