Ø Main power switch: This switch is a leakage switch, which is used to control the entire equipment in the electric control box. Turn it up to close the main power supply, and turn it down to disconnect the main power supply. During circuit maintenance, it is necessary to use safety pins to prevent accidental closing.

Ø Power switch: The power switch is located on the right side of the equipment. When the power is turned on and the main power switch in the electric cabinet is in a closed state, turn this switch clockwise to the "ON" ("1") position, and all electrical appliances are in a power-on preparation state; When it is necessary to shut down the machine due to power failure, generally speaking, turn the knob counterclockwise to the "OFF" ("O") position. If it does not work for a long time, turn off the main power switch and unplug the power plug.

Ø Start button: used for initialization of equipment in standby state. After initialization, the equipment is started and automatically operated, which can recover the automatic operation of the equipment during fault recovery.

Ø Emergency stop switch: As shown in the figure, pressing this button will immediately stop the operation of the equipment. When encountering safety issues or other damage to equipment or products during production, it is necessary to emergency stop, you can press this button. To restart the device, first remove the emergency stop and then restart it. This device has multiple emergency stop switches, all of which have the same function.

Ø When an emergency occurs to the equipment, press the emergency stop switch to immediately stop the operation of all transmission components of the equipment. After restoring the working state again, it is necessary to press the reset button before the equipment can resume operation.

Software operation

This device uses a PC+motion control card to control the overall operation of the device. A motion control card is inserted into the PCI slot of the PC motherboard. The motion control card is connected to the IO wiring board in the electronic control box through a communication data line, and controls the operation of the device and collects device signals through the IO wiring board.

The equipment operation, parameter setting, and manual operation are all completed through a computer. The industrial computer host is located in the left door panel in front of the equipment. Open the computer, double-click the software icon on the desktop to open the software.
