Dedicated NG station automatically captures unreadable, oversized, or problematic items without interrupting main flow.
Swivel wheel technology diverts items smoothly, ideal for fragile electronics, cosmetics, and premium goods.
Standard interfaces connect to WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. Plug-and-play with most conveyor systems.
Fewer moving parts than tilt-tray sorters. Daily cleaning takes only 5 minutes. Annual PM recommended.

Figure 3: Customer installation showing complete sorting line integration
| Labor Cost Savings | 60-70% reduction |
| Error Rate vs Manual | 99% fewer errors |
| Capacity Increase | 5x manual throughput |
| Payback Period | 18-24 months |
The NG (No Good) station automatically routes items that cannot be identified, are outside size/weight limits, or appear damaged. These items are collected separately for manual review without stopping the entire sorting process.
Yes. Our modular architecture allows adding additional sorting modules. Expansion typically requires minimal downtime and can be completed in 1-2 days by our technicians.
Standard barcode (1D/2D), QR code, Data Matrix, and optional OCR for address reading. RFID integration is also available as an upgrade option for high-speed identification needs.
Standard installation takes 3-5 working days including setup, calibration, testing, and operator training. Complex integrations may require up to 2 weeks total lead time.
